Christmas in Australia is in the middle of summer, therefore the usual Christmas meal is often salads and cold meats, seafood is very popular. Turkey being the traditional favourite, with.....plum pudding. Christmas meal may be taken in the middle of the day,which is the hottest part of the day, or in the cooler evening hours.
